The customer, one of the largest telecommunication company in Russia with hundreds of reseller companies all over the country and some abroad, has ordered an application to facilitate some routine procedures.

On a monthly basis all reseller companies ought to perform financial reporting to the customer involving large number of documents and statistic data. Auditors at the customer side review the data, provide their feedback in case of any errors found and/or accept the reports. Once accepted some of the documents have to be completed and signed so the report period is closed, thus the agent portal was intended to automate this procedure. Application was implemented as 2 separate portals sharing the same database.
